Refund and Returns Policy

At WellnessStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit for you. Please read our policy below to understand your rights and our procedures.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unopened: Due to the nature of health supplements, for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or had their safety seal broken.
- In original packaging: The product must be in the same condition that you received it.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@nutra-buy-ww.com with photos of the item and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
