1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates vary based on your selected shipping method and destination:
- Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days (where available).
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
WellnessStore is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check your local import regulations before ordering.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are undelivered or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors first. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier.
